Transparent cancellation and weather flexibility.

Weather & river conditions

Safety leads; your schedule adapts.

Whitewater rafting and canyon walking depend on safe water flows. If high river levels or severe weather make an outdoor activity unsafe, our certified guides will arrange a safer alternative route, reschedule to another day, or provide a full refund for the affected activity.
