Information you choose to send
The booking request form asks for your chosen journey, dates and flexibility, party details and children’s ages, pickup and drop-off, nights, pace, interests, swimming confidence, mobility and dietary needs, optional budget context, name, email, optional phone and preferred contact method. Email may contain whatever else you include.
Why it is used
We use the information to arrange and respond to your request, prevent duplicate or automated submissions, and keep a reliable record of the conversation.
Who may need relevant details
If investigating a feasible journey requires a local provider, we should share only the details needed to ask the relevant question. Sensitive practical needs should not be published or used for unrelated marketing.
Anonymous website analytics
The site may send an allowed event name, page path and short non-personal context to the same-site analytics endpoint. It does not put your name, email, phone, dates or free-text form answers in analytics. Analytics is disabled when the browser sends Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, or the page URL contains ?no_analytics=1.
Technical records
Web and inquiry infrastructure may create ordinary security and delivery logs, and the inquiry service uses an idempotency key to prevent duplicate submissions. Do not place sensitive information in URL query strings.
Retention and choices
Inquiry records should be kept only as long as needed for the inquiry, legitimate operational records and applicable obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information, withdraw an unconfirmed inquiry, or ask how it has been handled. Legal or security reasons may limit a request.
